SURF: Whether you’re surfing for the first time, riding the wave of a lifetime or just sharing some ocean time with friends. The crystal blue surf will inspire and captivate.

ADVENTURE: You can also be as active as you desire with many adventurous activities just minutes away, and included in the retreat. These include; hiking to sparkling waterfalls, day tripping to expansive white sand beaches, snorkeling and delighting in the Rainforest Wildlife Sanctuary.

Expand your body and mind with yoga, surfing, meditation talks, massage, swimming, hiking, beach walks or quiet reading, or simply while away the hours on stunning white sand beaches enjoying the slow pace of life in beautiful Santa Teresa.
