Check out Ramona Tamulina’s NEW Sunrise Flow Class 6 am classes on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at the Downtown Studio.
A NEW pilates class will be available on Saturday’s with emilia garkovich at 8:30 am - 9:30 am at the Downtown Studio.
Interested in hosting a private yoga and/or pilates party?
We offer private classes at the studio and/or pilates your location for corporate retreats, birthday parties, spa weekends, family days, bridal showers, reunions, etc. If you would like to incorporate yoga into your event, contact Michelle at 562.260.9402.
