Both studio locations open 15 minutes prior to each class and the doors are locked 15 minutes after each class begins.

Yoga World Studios Information Video

Yoga World Studio Yoga World Studio Los Altos, located in the Los Altos shopping center and Yoga World Studio Downtown is located in the Camden Harbor View Center.

We offer daily yoga classes. Students are welcome to drop in and take classes without signing up or preregistering.

In 2008 we are offering a wide variety of workshops as well as our ongoing classes. Students are welcome to drop in on any class. Please check out our workshop schedule. Our instructors are available for private classes and we offer Thai Yoga Therapy as well. Feel free to stop by and check us out. We are open before and after each class or by arrangement.
